Roles and Responsibility -:

- Conducting of Risk & Control Self Assessment for Liability Operations Units (Retail Liability Operations)

- Experience of handling Trade Service Desk at Branch shall be an added advantage

- Product and Process reviews

- Monitoring of Key Risk Indicator

- Operational Risk Incident reporting and conducting Root Cause Analysis

- Create various advisories/training/ awareness on Operational Risk

- Good team management skills, ability to work under pressure and good conflict management skills
