Responsibilities

- Attention to details and experience in Risk Management, Audit or Compliance. Project Management skills. Extended technical skills are not essential, but the ability to detect anomalies and communicate to the corresponding ORM SME leads. Good communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with team members and outside business stakeholders to validate issues, dates and updates from projects and issues.

- Ability to understand and question issue management requirements. Ability to make sense out of the risk reporting data with a vision towards automated reporting. Must be flexible and able to dynamically adapt to a constantly changing environment and priorities.

- Ability to drive consistency and be persistent with seeking updates. Must have high attention to details.

- Must be familiar with escalation protocols and operations, and know how and when to escalate as necessary.

- Communication skills: Ability to communicate with people at all levels. Good writing skills with strong attention to detail. Must be able to make suggestions and recommendations, and be able to voice their opinion.

- Proficiency (Skillset) to include: Maintaining Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint charts with advanced formulas. Individual should have an interest in technology and/or operational risk.

Essential Qualifications

- Five + years of experience in Risk Management, Audit or Compliance. Project Management skills. Extended technical skills are not essential, but the ability to detect anomalies and communicate to the corresponding ORM SME leads.

- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.

- Experience of around 5 years in Technology Risk Management, Project coordination.

- One or more certifications like CRISC, CISA, CISM

- Strong coordination / communication skills.

- Fluency in English.

Desired Qualifications

- Experience in but not limited to Risk & Control Monitoring, Risk Metrics & Reporting, Control Framework & self-assurance, Policy Management & Regulatory Adherence.
