About the job:
- We are looking for bright and insightful candidates to join us as a Manager in our Hyderabad//Bengaluru/Pune-based Global Recruitment Operations group, which is a part of the Talent Acquisition team.

- The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders across geographies to play an active role in supporting the firm's recruitment efforts.
Who We're Looking For:
- The ideal candidate should have minimum of three years of team management experience
- The candidate should have a graduate/master's degree from a well-known college with at least six to nine years of relevant work experience in an HR operations or recruitment role
- The ideal candidate should be process-oriented, should have an analytical approach with an affinity for data and MS- Excel
- Candidates should have exceptional communication skills and good attention to detail
- The candidate should also have expertise in project, transition, workflow management
- In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in managing people, processes, and day-to-day operations that drive global recruiting strategy. You'll serve as an advisor to the stakeholder and support them in driving the long-term vision, forecast capacity utilization, facilitating smooth transition, and implementing innovative solutions to solve operational problems.
- Additionally, you'll lead an operational team, demonstrate high proficiency in operations procedures, be accountable for change management, proactive in communication, and define performance metrics for processes and individuals.
- You'll ensure effective and efficient working relationships between the team members, maintain a high level of morale and productivity, provide direction, mentoring, and coaching, implement training and development plans, succession planning, and overall an effective people, process, and technology management.
- The candidate should have expertise in project, transition, workflow management
- Candidates should have a demonstrated level of comfort working in an ever-changing environment
- The candidate should be comfortable with traveling across our Hyderabad/Pune/Bengaluru offices
