Responsibilities: - Evaluating investment manager operations, internal controls, and key third-party service provider partnerships against the stated investment strategies - Formulating recommendations and understanding of risks posed to successful execution of the investment strategy - Conducting initial and ongoing reviews of investment managers within the organization's Investments' coverage universe - Writing risk assessment reports for internal and external distribution - Ensuring adherence to operational due diligence program's policies and procedures and contribute to development of future enhancements to organization's Operational Due Diligence program and evolving industry best practice - Ensuring accurate capture and maintenance of relevant investment manager and fund data within the centralized database repository - Assisting in ad-hoc projects and reviews necessitated by current market events Requirements: - 3 - 12 years' experience in the wealth management/investment industry overall with at least 2-3 years in operational due diligence role - A Masters' degree with strong quantitative and analytical content - Strong logical and analytical skills with attention to details - Strong working knowledge of MS Office, third party tools - Bloomberg, Morning Star, Lipper, etc. - Proficient understanding of asset classes like (equity, fixed income and alternatives) What's in it for you? - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations of the company - Liaise extensively with stakeholders - An opportunity to work in a high visibility role
