- Working as part of a team to deliver commercial, market and operational reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews

- Designing and executing commercial analysis, eg -market analysis, business model analysis, competitive bench marking, and strategic rationale and fit etc.

- Designing and executing financial analysis including high level modelling capability) to support development of strategic insights.

- Undertaking primary and secondary research to help the client assess the impact of the above on their organizations

- Developing business cases and business plans underpinned by robust financial analysis in support of strategic initiatives

- Supporting work - stream and analysis on engagements and take responsibility for small teams when required

- Contributing to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables.

- Contributing to the thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development.

Qualifications

MBAs, CFAs and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution

Prior Experience:

- Relevant experience (1-5 years) in operational due diligence/operational strategy independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects

- High problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity

- Goal driven - should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements by developing answers and solutions when client requirement remains unclear / changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client objective

- Credible record of operating at a team management level

- Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to demonstrate how one supports the other - and sound commercial acumen

- Experience of leading small teams on projects/ work streams and developing proposals

Technical skills:

Proficiency in leading and delivering Financial Baselines, Organization baselines, Operational data analysis, Comparative Benchmarks, Running management interviews as applicable and ability to translate all of it into a final client ready report

- Ability to interact with the leading stakeholders both internal (Senior Management) and External (Client leadership)

- Should have led teams on engagements

- Exposure to the US market is not a must, but a plus point
