Operational Analytics - Financial Services (3-10 yrs)
Experience-3-10 yrs
Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- MBA or Masters in Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics from Premium Institutions is mandatory
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in areas like operations or workforce analytics, with outstanding track record in managing stakeholders and working within mature teams.
- Proficiency and significant experience in Data Analytics and modeling, including predictive modeling is essential
- Expertise in SAS /R/Python and data mining techniques.
- Experience in Machine learning /AI techniques (gradient boosting, SVM, random forest, neural network) is an added advantage.
- Experience in driving insights, visualizations using Tableau, QlikView
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization
- .Working Experience in BFS/Financial industries is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Solve business problems by providing analytics and consulting solutions.
- Collaborate and interact with different business teams to come up with key analytic solutions.
- Work with all parts of the business to identify analytical requirements and formalize an approach for reliable, relevant, accurate, efficient reporting on those requirements
- Drive the team to focus on a variety of data analytics and modeling problems.
- Apply standard and cutting-edge techniques (statistical modeling, data mining, optimization) to identify drivers of business metrics.
