About the role - The role is related to FC Operations and execution of New FC launch (Warehouse ) across major cities to expand the operations.

It is a fast paced start-up like team where there are ample opportunities both to get hands on as well as look at things from strategic angle.

What you'll do:

- Program management of Warehouse setup - Design, Layout sign off, BOQ management & delivery, Installation, dry-run & Go-Live of new Fulfillment Center.

- Create SOPs for operations to adapt to processes and work with operations to create MIS views.

- Monitoring the Operational KPI's ( Breach / Speed /Cost etc)

- New process pilot, troubleshoot & deployment in fulfillment centers
