Job Brief :

- This operations management role will be part of 'Supply Growth' org, which is trying to maximize # of product listing per month on the platform.

- Growing supply is a function of new supplier acquisition, new supplier activation, and existing supplier engagement.

- All the areas require structural problem solving that will lead to an increase in # of listings/supplier and # of active suppliers.

- We are looking for a strong and independent operations manager in the Supplier Platform. 

- You will be working directly with org leaders within the supplier platform to help solve problems related to supplier growth and activation.

- You'll be assigned multiple projects related to the initiatives and will responsible for identifying the key challenges within the initiatives, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions, and driving implementation in different types of projects.

- The role requires significant strength in the following domains : problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution.

- We're currently setting up the founding team for this org. As an early joiner, you'll get the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging problems in growth.

- An ideal fit would be someone who is great at problem-solving, can manage multiple stakeholders at a time, and is driven to create an impact.

Must-Have Skills :

- B.Tech. / MBA full time

- 2-4 years of experience

1-2 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, startups/tech companies in similar roles

- Solid project management and organizational skills : ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

- Superior problem-solving and project management skills

- Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability
