"Plant review will be conducted on daily basis with Plant Head or with CFT of the plant. - To work out new cost saving measures & energy management in technical operations, manufacturing & maintenance operations. RM/PM change or process change. Conducting end to end trials at plants for any RM/PM change or process change. - Guide and support plant for closing the gaps highlighted in QA-iMS audit/technical audit permanently. - Troubleshooting at plant level as and when required
