Operation Manager Cum EA
Objective of this Role :
- Collaborate with Executive-level Management in the development and implementation of performance goals and long term operational plans.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Set strategic goals for Operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Work with Project Managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans.
- Analyze current Operation processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement; when necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Develop implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, process and obstacle for our key initiatives.
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with all the department heads, external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
- Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of task and assigned targets.
- Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
- Coordinating with Sales Team to ensure healthy outflow of Products to the Customers
- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
- Ensuring marketing activities support the exponential business growth, raising brand awareness for company's outreach and driving public relations.
- Work closely with human resource to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive and productive environment.
- Management of the Accounts/Banking vertical with the entire team.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :- Bachelor's Degree (preferred: Business Administration or related field)
- 10 + years senior leadership role in the medical domain
- Experience with budget and business plan development
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles including Finance, Customer Service, Production and Employee Management
- Exceptional team management skills for continuous performance improvement and motivating staff
- Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance mattress using business management software
