Operation Manager - BPO (7-12 yrs)
People Manager like a manager in a BPO who acts like a Delivery Manager and make sure the team is working within defined Timelines and Tackles any people related issues who have on-site and off shore exp. In Dealing with people outside India as well.
- Project coordination and administration
- Accounts management (raising invoices and credit control)
- Client on-boarding coordination
- Producing key management metrics and management information pack.
- Sales order management
- Time-sheet management
- Any other operational business duties
- Liaise with Accountant for Book keeping, company returns, Filings, Tax, Shareholder certificates
- General Operations Admin - Dealing with recruitment, office facilities.
- who has worked with due diligence/screening companies.
- has offshore/onshore client handling experience
- has bit of technical skills to handle and manage tasks and work allocation.
- Someone who has managed a team of people.
- should understand the start-up culture and be ready to take on multiple roles If required.
