Operation Leader / Production Head - Chemical Manufacturing

Job Description :

1. To take charge of two production units

2. Responsible for production, maintenance of plant & machinery, cost control, quality assurance

3. Ensure production planning activities, coordinating effectively with SCM & PPC globally

4. Ensure environmental control systems are followed /practiced & statuary requirements are complied.

5. Address the quality complaints properly and action points implemented to avoid its reoccurrence.

Candidate Details :

a) Age : 35 to 45 yrs

b) BE in Chemical Engineering + MBA

c) Should have 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years as a production head in a chemical plant

d) MNC experience is a must
