Operation Head - Multiple Events - CSD (10-17 yrs)
Responsible for the Multiple Events operation done by CSD
PATRON/ CUSTOMER EXPEREINCE
Provide customer-centric services to enhance the safety and enjoyment of all patrons and members. Be aware of new initiatives and take lead in implementation of same that can improve partner and patron experience. Lead Initiatives to Implement, assess and measure programs to ensure all patrons experience an outstanding level of customer service at all events and functions.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & MONITORING Is responsible to develop a framework to provide appropriate tool suite selection and methodology through all stages to ensure its alignment with the expected outcomes of the project/event. Along with reviewing and providing sign offs on all event progress reports, prototypes, construction details and technical aspects.
Ensure that all project planning, implementation and evaluation elements are delivered professionally and effectively by driving performance through motivation, delegation and effective leadership to events and operations staff.
