Operation Head - Insurance Business Unit - KPO/BPO (15-25 yrs)
Work Experience:
- At least 15+ years of experience in operations with managing multiple insurance Vertical like Life,General, P&C, reinsurance, Pension.
- Must be working in global platform.
- International or Global insurance domain experience is must (KPO/BPO/ MNC).
- This role will be responsible to Head multiple BU within insurance Domain in Great Britain(GB).
- Candidate must presently handling 3 or more BU (Like life insurance, General insurance, P&C, reinsurance, Pension, Retrial,acturial) in global firm.
- Comes up with 11-15 years of Insurance Broking/ Reinsurance experience in tier 1 or 2 IT services companies or Tier 1 captives leading and running insurance/BFSI business, deliveries and technology practice/competencies.
- Ability to understand the dynamics of Reinsurance Operations and engage with Global Reinsurance teams
- Undertook the responsibility of Transition / migration experience of large processes.
- Good experience in Insurance sector,Insurance broking,
- Working with International clients
