1. Analytic Project Execution :

a. Ability to work and own multiple analytic solutions and deliver on open ended complex projects with minimal supervision.

b. Ability to come up with multiple approaches to a problem, and articulate them effectively to team, leadership as well as partners.

c. Manage partner expectations, Manage timeliness around project priorities

d. Ensure quality of delivery on projects and follow project guidelines set in the team to deliver high quality output consistently.

e. Proactively identify opportunities that drive operational efficiency.

f. Proactively learn from senior members on theory/ practical applications of relevant tools & techniques

2. Business Knowledge :

a. Continually learn and enhance understanding of company businesses, industry best practices and changing industry landscape in consumer banking and operations

b. Apply business knowledge to ascertain and identify the best solution

c. Cultivate best practices for Knowledge sharing of the Operations landscape

d. Build self into a strong domain SME

3. Communication :

a. Manage communication with Global partners with minimal or no intervention/guidance.

b. Present work effectively to senior partners, leadership forums.

4. Team work :

a. Collaborate with colleagues to leverage best practices.

b. Mentor junior members in the team.

c. Must be able to clearly define work for self and others while working in multiple projects

Analytical Skills :

1. Hands-on working with data

2. Proficient in Formulating Analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data

3. Business Impact Analysis

4. Hypothesis testing, Knowledge of Segmentation

5. Basic Knowledge of predictive modeling

6. Simple Optimization

7. SAS(Mandatory)
