ABOUT THE ROLE (Senior Business Analyst) : Work in collaboration with the product and operation team to build operational efficiency. As a part of the Analytic team you will be working on different projects such as product funnel optimization, pricing digital product and strategic analysis. We have multiple role open in our analytic team and key skills we are looking the candidate are as follow, - Formulating & structuring a problem for analyzing product and business. Having a problem solving mindset with eagerness to learn - Exhibit excellent storytelling abilities and ability to connect the dots for presentations to stakeholders - Fluency in SQL to work with large datasets, basic Python/R is good to have - Possess good knowledge of building reporting dashboards - Knowledge of statistics (sampling techniques, hypothesis testing) - Good in verbal, written, and visual communication OTHER PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: - Learning attitude, strong communicator, proactive and collaborative. - Strategic thinker yet focused on execution; able to roll up sleeves to get things done. - Able to function in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. - Data driven, experimental, ready to learn and open to change.
