OpenPlay - Business Consultant (2-4 yrs)
Role Description: Business consultants will assume a crucial and central role in enhancing business outcomes for Openplay. This pivotal function entails the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of all operational functions and processes. The resultant insights will serve as the foundation for actionable recommendations for growth.
The scope for this role encompasses a wide spectrum of activities, including assessment of current processes, systems, capabilities, and interfaces; creation of transformation strategies and implementation to drive outcomes. Deep data driven insights would be at the core of all decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes, understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions through deep data driven insights
- Lead ongoing reviews of business outcomes & processes and identify optimization strategies
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritise business requirements
- Effectively communicate data driven insights to cross-functional team members
- Demonstrate understanding and application agile project management methodologies
- Leverage strong understanding of business to ensure delivery of quality outcomes, on time and within budget
Expected Experience
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
- High competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Proficiency in an analytical/ dashboarding tool would be an added advantage
- Knack for Problem-solving with an out-of-the-box thinking approach
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
- 1 to 3 years of work experience, of which minimum 1 year should be in the field of management consulting
- A bachelor's degree in engineering [Any stream] from a Tier 1 college
- Post graduation with specialization in Analytics from a tier 1 college would be an added advantage
- Preference would be given to candidates with prior consulting experience
