Instructional Designer role involves collaborating with faculty from Universities and Colleges globally. A brief description of high-level responsibilities and desired skills is described for your reference. If you think you fit into the role, share a copy of your resume and samples for evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

- The instructional designer with exceptional project management skills who demonstrate high levels of customer empathy.

- Work with the clients to gain understanding of their requirement and prepare A&D document.

- Build storyboards and scripts through a combination of research and interaction with subject matter experts (SMEs)

- Create instructor-led training (virtual/in-person), e Learning courses (using authoring tools such as the Articulate 360 suite and Adobe Captivate), and tutorial videos and podcasts (using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia Studio, and Adobe Audition

- Assess, develop and implement engaging and relevant learning paths, workshops, curriculum's and courses

- Create design documents and storyboards with zero error as per the overall learning strategy

- Image research, ADA compliance, QA for course content

- Visualize, create and review storyboards for multiple interactivity levels.

- Create demos and lab exercises with creative visualization to deliver an engaging solution based on approved learning strategy

Skill Requirements:

- Advanced qualifications/credentials in instructional design, adult learning, or project management would be preferred

- Exceptional command on verbal and written English.

- Must-have candidate traits include customer empathy, technical acumen, influencing without authority, active listening, working under ambiguity, conflict management, and working in distributed teams

- Ability to work effectively with clients and team members to meet project requirements.

- Strong analytical skills and technical ability to quickly learn Rapid Authoring Tools.

- Expertise in developing high-level and low-level design based on adult learning principles.
