Job Description: -

We are looking for an energetic and intuitive Director of Digital Marketing with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. Experienced in strategic annual marketing planning, branding, new initiatives and development, analyse the market and competitors, and set the marketing budget.

You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing company conferences, major events, job fairs in correlation with the universities and colleges.

Roles & Responsibility: -

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities

- Plan, own and execute all digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to SEO/ SEM, email marketing, social media, affiliates and display advertising campaigns

- Design and co-ordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kind of PR visibility, digital, online and social media across the globe

- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; and implementing directives.

- Review economic indicators by tracking changes in supply and demand by identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.

- Accomplish the financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements

- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data

- Maintain the relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars

- Able to play a key role to strategic growth and identifying opportunities to enable revenue growth targets.

- Maintain the marketing team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, goal setting, measuring their KPI's and training them

- Must be analytical, and metrics-driven

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications & Skills: -

- 12-15 years- experience and MBA in Marketing from a Tier I & II institute.

- Experience in Education or E-learning industry preferred.

- Exposure to Growth Marketing, content marketing, social marketing, PR, Community or a related field.

- Exposure of working with clients/teams in other Geographies (US) would be an added benefit

- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and Google AdWords

- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

- Experience working closely with sales teams.

- Desire, interest and inclination towards knowledge and thought leadership-oriented marketing.

- Analytical ability to understand and transform data into decisions and powerful stories.

- Diverse technical skill set related to print and digital communication and production, including Office365 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and CRM software.

- A solid understanding of design, copy and web practices.

- Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.

- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
