- Responsible for finding, screening, identifying and acquiring fleet of passionate, experienced and popular neighbourhood teachers who have proven track record - Achieve smooth, replicable, ongoing working processes and schedules with teachers (individuals and groups) - Manage Operations (scheduling, communication, transfer of materials etc.) - Identified and minimize process flow (communication, scheduling etc.) errors to negligible - Build positive, deep relationships with teachers - Work with cross functional team and execute projects in timely manner Must have - - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales or P&L management or working on acquisition side of business Preferred mindset - Achievement-oriented and perceptive: Highly motivated, persevering, problem-solving and ability to effectively perceive individuals Awesome to have - - If you believe in the power of a lifelong learning mindset to unleash the potential of India's demographic dividend. - Having an existing network of educators willing to innovate and adapt to technology - Experience working in early stage start-ups
