Open Secret is currently available through their website at https://opensecret.in, multiple ecommerce platforms, and across offline stores Pan India where they sell their entire range of unjunked snacks including; Nutty Cookies, Nutty Chips, Flavoured Nuts, Nutty Shake Mixes and Nutty Spreads.

About the CEO and Co-Founder:

Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggestconsumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Job Role:

1. Past experience required at least 2+ years in Supply chain, excel skills should be excellent.

2. Educational background- Preferably engineering + MBA, open to other graduate streams as well. Must have a completed graduation degree.

3. Lead a team of 4 and own the logistics planning and allotment for e-commerce channel orders - B2C & B2B.

4. Backend report maintenance for daily orders confirmed on various e-commerce channels.

5. Leading the resource allocation for packing and dispatch execution for B2C & B2B orders.

6. Collaborating with Logistics vendors to improve performance service levels.

7. Defining and owning the key KPIs including logistics cost metric.

8. Running weekly reporting calls on KPI performance tracking with the team and owning improvement metrics.

9. Ensuring cross-functional collaboration with Marketing to align on the right product and combo listings and profitability.

10.Monitoring and tracking closely the sales projection realization to ensure timely feedback to sales for new promotions and marketing drives as needed.

Location - Bhandup, Mumbai

Additional information - Its a 6-days a week role.
