Open Financial Technologies - Senior Copywriter (4-8 yrs)
What you will be doing :
- Writing engaging copy in a conversational style that presents a friendly & human brand.
- Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts.
- Work with the Marketing Team to build and drive a strategic organic social media plan for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
- Master Open's brand voice and tone & stay true to our messaging goal.
- Supervise real-time engagement opportunities to get Open into trending online conversations.
- Champion regular reporting on content performance. (performance of blog content, traffic from sources etc.)
- Work closely with the Design Team on creative direction for video and image assets.
- Ensure Open's brand standards are met across campaigns that use social media channels.
- Plan, share, promote and measure the impact of compelling creative campaign.
- In-depth understanding of the target audience to write sharp, smart copy.
- Proofreading and carrying out quality checks.
What you'll bring along :
- 3 to 4 yrs of work exp in advertising, social & brand communication & are actively looking to level up.
- You have worked for in-house brands or creative agencies.
- A true social media fan who loves creating short videos, memes, and trending content.
- An ability to think of smart visuals and copy to convey a message.
- Self-starter with the ability to balance multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines.
- Strong at social media analytics and reporting with an interest in using data to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Ability to be a self starter who is real fast. Open is growing really fast & we'll need you to drive that boost.
- Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Thirst to be constantly learning, experimenting, failing & going at it again.
- Ability to thrive in chaos and build planes while you fly them.
