Job description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Must have working Knowledge on SAP S4 HANA & Fiori platforms.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules including Finance, Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Production Planning and Project Systems. Group Reporting and SAP Analytics for Cloud are bonus.

- Capacity to lead the design, implementation of SAP solutions for the organization

- Manage & evaluate the change requests that are proposed by business users & provide way forward with SAP solutions

- Manage SAP support & ensure SLAs are complied.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

- Ensure that the SAP system is scalable, secure, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SAP system

- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

- Provide guidance and support to the development team in the implementation of SAP solutions

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP solution architecture

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions

- Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience leading SAP implementation projects

- SAP certification is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time

- Experience in a Manufacturing or Construction Company is an asset

- Understanding of accounting business processes

- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective

- Ability to lead, work in a team environment, effectively interacting with teams across different countries

- Must be result oriented, prompt and self-motivated.
