Onward Technologies - Recruitment Lead - IT Hiring (8-12 yrs)
Role & Background:
Onward Technologies is a young fast-growing company in ER&D and Digital Engineering Space. We are further strengthening our Talent Acquisition Team and looking to add Recruitment Leaders and Executives to join our growing organisation and support our strategic clients in Transport & Mobility, Industrial equipment and Heavy Machinery vertical.
Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru
- Working directly with account managers, delivery leads, TA team to execute the hiring plan
- Lead and execute searches across Bangalore region; directly source passive candidates through multiple channels - strategic research, prospecting, networking, and employee referrals to build a robust leadership talent pipeline
- Manage daily required activity to meet goals; sourcing, calling prospects, discussing the employee value proposition, interviews, scheduling meetings and managing the candidate through the entire process
- Participate in recruitment initiatives including building diverse pipelines, gathering market intelligence and developing candidate assessment strategies. Research markets and peer organizations, and provide stakeholders with market data and activity information
- Build network of potential candidates through continuous market research and on-going relationship building. Leverage technology and innovative sourcing techniques to build diverse candidate pools and talent networks.
- Provide consultation and negotiation related to recruitment process
- Partner with peer group to establish best practices; ensure consistent brand marketing messaging; share leads and competitive intelligence\
Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resource Management
- 8+ years of Experience in Technical hiring preferably in Technology Services organization
- Creative ways of sourcing and headhunting talent
Superior Market / Candidate Research and Sourcing skills and enthusiasm for candidate outreach (to passive candidates) is essential
- Proficient in the use of social media, LinkedIn, Job boards.
- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Corporate executive recruiting experience is a must
- Demonstrated ability to work on a complex and varied portfolio of requisitions
