Job Profile - Take charge of the product and strategic roadmap in alignment with the company's visions and drive it to fruition - Responsible for onboarding product end users, drive execution of product vision, capture key learning, resolve issues and help customers - Design and deploy special projects with focus on ease of usability and enhanced customer experience across all customer interfaces - Own various product modules, some/all of it conceptualized from scratch - Marketing the product to end users, gather their perspective for continuous evolution of the product - Define, analyse &amp; report metrics that identify the success of products &amp; features. - Constantly communicate with stakeholders and keep evolving the needs as per priority - Identify opportunities to manage scale via technological automation Qualifications - MBA from T1 colleges preferred. - 3+ years work exposure as a Product Manager (mandatory, please do not apply if this criteria is not fulfilled) - Experience in managing B2B as well as B2C products and building atleast 1 product from scratch. Experience and skills - 4-8 years of professional experience - Street smart approach in problem Solving and communication - A keen interest in technology &amp; obsession in delivering a fantastic customer experience Good to have (in that order) : - 2-4 years experience in managing after sales journey particularly in a Service Ops organization - Ready to take user feedback to drive and prioritize business requirements both at tactical and at a strategic level - Ability to learn quick and contribute in a fast paced environment, with a strong resolve in negotiation - Structure the business requirements into meaningful specs post internal and external research - Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
