Job Description: - Marketing & brand custodian for the entire offline marketing portfolio - Conceptualizing the marketing strategy and execution plan for offline marketing to meet short and long-term business goals - Working with the business team to plan the marketing launch of new products - Working closely with creative and media agencies on rolling out innovative campaigns in the offline space - Working closely with key partners, sales and BD teams for requirements such as collaterals, merchandise, videos, BTL deployments etc. - Conceptualization, planning and execution of year-round events for partner engagement - Managing printing and packaging vendors for execution of campaigns - Accountable for RoI of all local marketing initiatives - Closely working with external vendors such as BTL agencies for kiosk deployment and activations - Ensuring year round visibility at all touchpoints, including new launch cities - Having awareness of important developments in the electronic VAS category - Owning and executing internal marketing campaigns and events Skills/Experience Required: - 4-7 years marketing experience preferably in consumer services - Must have experience in offline marketing channels - Creative, agile and having out-of-the-box thinking skills - Excellent execution skills and complete ownership of all offline activities - Great communication, negotiation and persuasion skills - Team player - Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to foresee market needs and opportunities About us: Onsitego is in the business of securing and extending the life of all electronic gadgets & appliances; big and small, along with an obsessive intention to provide exceptional Customer Service in consumer electronics.
