Onsitego - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (5-10 yrs)
Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in Financial planning covering short range planning, strategic planning and monthly budgets
- Responsible for MIS capturing the business and management needs
- Comparing budget with actuals and highlighting the variances with reasons for the same
- Preparing Financial reports for internal and external consumption
- Assisting investor reporting
- Working with business teams to support business decision making, helping business build profitable business.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be a hands-on contributor to drive data and analytics efforts at Onsitego.
- The role requires advanced analytical acumen and solution orientation. The role possesses critical thinking skills and the ability to understand, interpret and present accurate data in a manner that provides insightful observations and trends. The role is expected to maintain highest level of data accuracy and validation and act independently to make timely and informed decisions; aligned to the roles remit or to escalate as appropriate to management.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements :
- Understands the Financial reporting standards (IFRS & IndAS), exposure to USGAAP would be an advantage
- Has handled a team in the past and is comfortable working as a single contributor in times of need
Education : Chartered Accountant OR MBA in Finance from premier institutes
Experience :
- Ideal candidate would be a Chartered Accountant with 4+ years experience in Finance function of a startup/mid size company/corporate and has been exposed to Financial Accounting/Financial reporting.
- Analytical mind and has a desire to learn
- Communicates with people and is a team player
- Proficiency in Tally
