Onsitego - Manager - Digital Marketing

Responsibilities :

- Spearheading the digital channel and executing the ROI-driven strategy with mandate to build the website as a leading channel for sales

- Responsible for Performance Marketing Channels (SEM, Display, Re-marketing and Social Media Marketing), Affiliate Marketing, SEO and Content Marketing

- Responsible for budgeting, planning, implementation and tracking of media spends across all channels

- Manage both on-site and off-site SEO to drive organic traffic to the website and blog

- Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies, and responsible for publishing periodic performance reports

- Collaborate with Strategy, Product and Sales teams to explore opportunities and build campaigns based on insights

- Work with creative and technology teams to develop best in class marketing campaigns

Requirements :

- Should have 4-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing

- In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the entire digital ecosystem, including platforms, channels, publishers and networks

- Appreciation for clutter-breaking advertising

- Strong on problem-solving skills

- Creative, agile and have out-of-the-box thinking skills

- Excellent execution skills and complete ownership of all offline activities

- Great communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
