Onsitego - Lead/Senior Manager - Procurement - Home Appliances Division (10-15 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Effective procurement & purchase management.
- Understanding business goals and objectives.
- Supporting Operational requirements, analyzing Vendor Capacity and Supplier relationships.
- Monitoring material shortages and maintaining sufficient stock of critical components.
- Handling the purchasing of the different raw materials from relevant raw material vendors.
- Lead time analysis and analyzing commercial impact on business set up.
- End to end handling of Air Conditions parts, Washing Machin, Refrigerator parts, basically small and big home appliances.
- Inventory Management, Cost reduction plan.
Desire Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should be with 10 to 15 yrs of rich experience in procurement & purchase.
- Hands on experience in sourcing vendor, aligning with requirement and closing in preferable commercials.
- Prefer candidates from Mumbai however open for remote candidate based on suitability.
- Strong in Relationship Management, Negotiation Skill.
- Impeccable Time Management, Strategic Thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize activities, candidate should be able to efficiently evaluate potential worse case scenarios and instantly rank the tasks in the order of which ones need to be immediately dealt with.
- Proficient communication, curious business mind.
Requirement of Technical Skills :
- Risk management analysis,
- Contract lifecycle management,
- Spend analytics, Report generators
