Job Title Assistant Manager, Strategy & Investor Relations

Department CEO's Office

Location Andheri East, Mumbai

Job Purpose: You will research, collect and analyze data to help make effective decisions

Responsibilities:

CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT:

- Assist Chief of Staff (CoS) with the evaluation, analysis, and process on smaller, bolt-on acquisitions, fund raise etc.

- Researching, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, and using the data to guide the business's decision-making. Should be flexible and be prepared to work with divisions such as marketing, business operations, and finance

- Perform Secondary Research / Online research through search engines for data collection, market trends and market understanding, competitive intelligence etc and present the data in a structured manner to the senior management

- Provide analytical support for the strategic assessment of current and potential new business lines

- Assist in the development of market strategies across verticals for any business decision

- Program manage certain key projects headed by the Chief of Staff (CoS)

INVESTOR RELATIONS:

- Collect and analyze business unit financial and operational data for investor presentations.

- Develop presentation slideshows for investor conferences and meetings.

- Analyze individual business unit performance and conduct peer company comparisons.

- Maintain current market intelligence.

- Track and analyze macro market data and assess operating activity ramifications.

- Contribute to the development of quarterly earnings notes for investors.

- Prepare materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.

- Any other ad-hoc research as and when required

OTHER:

- Conduct special projects for the CoS at both the corporate and business unit level.

- Learn the operating and strategic fundamentals of all of the company's diversified business lines.

- Other high-profile projects as they develop.

Desired candidate profile:

- Tier 2 MBA

- 1-2 years of experience in consulting / Investment Banking / corporate finance roles

- Strong skills with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Word required

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, program management and team-working skills.

- Attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Experience: 2-5 years

Qualification: BTech/MBA
