Onsite Coordinator,London
- Work with customers to understand business priorities and road-map with existing customers and communicate with offshore team to ensure offshore align with customer priorities
- Work with customers to understand any pain point areas and propose solutions/capabilities
- Work with customers to understand business requirements and propose solutions available in the company
- Present IT Services capabilities to prospective customers and provide demos of our products/solutions
- Transfer requirements to offshore team members and resolve queries if any
- Coordinate with offshore and customer for on-time delivery
- Onsite Accounts Management
- Works well independently of direct supervision
- Possesses excellent communications, organizational and problem solving skills
- Mine existing accounts for new opportunities
- Client expectation management, Scope and requirement management
- Daily and weekly reports to offshore
