Job Summary: Drive the retail vertical at ONN keeping controls & compliances in smooth order to help us change the Indian automotive & mobility landscape. What you'll offer us - - Oversee and manage operations, business, and marketing at the national level, devising relevant metrics, and KPIs in order to ensure consistent growth. - Manage and cultivate substantial and influential relationships with functional heads, BU Heads to set and drive key business initiatives across the company - Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key progress and performance. - Ability to learn new skills and technologies to deliver the most effective solutions, and break down operational and technical work into pieces that you can understand and can re-articulate to others. - Ability to budget, forecast and align business needs with control of local operating & marketing expenses. - Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management to devise, design, build and deploy benchmark tools and solutions to users, partners, and platform. - Evaluating business plans and strategies for maximizing profitability, revenue generation & realizing organizational goals - Preparation of MIS reports on operational & financial performance viz., preparation of Monthly Profitability Statements Income / Expenses, product-wise sales analysis, revenue expenses - comparative analysis, debtor/creditor aging analysis, formulating operating budgets and conducting variance analysis & cash flow analysis. What you'll need - - 8+ years of work experience focused on operations & profitability management.
