Job Profile :

We are on the look-out for Client Partner (New Sales) with an entrepreneurial mindset and passionate about joining a dynamic Sales team to drive business growth in OnlineSales.ai. This is a unique opportunity to play a key business development role, where you will provide appropriate solutions for every potential client to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Key Attributes you- d need to possess :

Networking & Communication skills : He/She will proficient in connecting with people and communicating with them effectively for prospecting or sales pitches or for commercial negotiations.

Expert Researcher : Will be proficient in undertaking market research in the identified territory and generate prospects and convert them to leads.

Technically Savvy : Someone who is not only proficient with the latest software but also have an active curiosity about technical developments in the field of CRM/AI/ML and allied field.

Business Acumen : He/She should be able to understand complex business challenges in the sector, and formulate solutions to solve the problems effectively. Someone who should be able to make intelligent decisions, work effectively, plan better, and execute operations that can deliver returns.

Typical work week look like :

Market Research : Identify Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools for performing Client-need Analysis, track their pain-points to develop a reach-out strategy.

Sales Prospecting- Identify and prospect new Business Opportunities via personalized emails, Telephonic calls, prospecting via Platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, online Databases, Websites.

Sales presentation & demos- Introduce the product to appropriate clients within the Targeted Geographical Markets and closing the deals.

Funnel Management- Manage Sales Funnel in the CRM with prospective clients and maintain track of various deals in the funnel. Also, work on a weekly monthly review cadence for the sales funnel.

Sales Documentation- Creating collaterals, proposal making, commercial negotiations, contracts, closures, monthly/weekly reports, etc.

Our ideal candidate should have :

- 2-10 years of experience in IT sales roles (Preferably in a B2B product SAAS company)-

- BE/B.Tech or an MBA degree from Top Tier college.-

- Hands-on experience in Sales CRM/prospecting tools.
