OnlineSales.ai - Business Finance & Operations manager

This candidate will hold the reins to much of the financial visibility, people engagement & alignment through data driven decision-making that happen here at OnlineSales.ai. As a member of the team, you will manage Finance, People & Business Operations function. You will work collaboratively across product, engineering & business teams to define / simplify processes, gather data and identify strategic opportunities to make OnlineSales.ai more efficient & a fun place to be. You will provide the management team with the needed insight to drive intelligent, sound decision-making. With an air of humility, you need to bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think about what is and what could be.

Key Roles & Responsibilities - 

- Develop a repeatable, timely & simplified finance processes

- Own & deliver financial & strategic insights to the management & to the business teams.

- Identifies opportunities & drives implementation to fix the inefficiencies & improve cash flows across the business functions

- Owns & delivers robust & value-adding MIS reports for key business stakeholders including company investors, founders, business heads and employees

- Implement data requirements to enable tracking of various metrics across business units

- Deliver continuous efficiency improvements across major operational cost functions including company resources, procurement, service vendors and day-to-day operations.

- Treat employee satisfaction as the cornerstone for success in driving new initiatives around employee wellness including food services, facilities, recreational areas and offsite activities

- Drive the HR function to nurture and attract the best of talents, and help build a workplace that further enhances OnlineSales's reputations as on the most preferred SaaS startups

Minimum qualifications

- MBA in Finance with 2+ years of experience in a business finance and operations role

- Tech & Data Savvy - Analytics, measurements & data-driven decisioning comes naturally.

- Ability to persuade, communicate, lead, and confidently handle business negotiations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.

- Self-driven individual with hands-on-execution capability and long term business planning

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and impeccable business judgment.
