Position: Digital Marketing Manager/Head
Job Description:
- Google adwords.
- Create and manage campaigns, ads, bids, landing pages.
- Analyse account performance.
- Create strategy for data-driven A/B Testing, segmentation, targeting.
- Implement and monitor A/B tests around landing pages and ad copy.
- Create new keyword search terms and ad copy.
- Reporting.
- Track marketing metrics.
- Improve accounts to maintain and improve the performance metrics.
-Tracking on-site and offline conversion performance via Google Analytics and other tools.
- Create recurring ROI reports and ad hoc campaign reports on an as need basis.
- Running and optimizing campaigns.
- Bid management and optimization.
- Planning SEO strategy using SEM data.
- Handling affiliate marketing.
- Managing web site - immediacy, website optimization.
What you should have:
- 4+ years experience in Google Adwords, Google Display Network, Facebook Ad Platform.
- Graduation-B.sc Maths/BE/MBA.
- Good analytical skills - to get insights in large data sets.
- Proficient in Excel - especially handling large datasets.
- Present organization should be eCommerce industry.
- Should have spent 10lac/month in Google Adwords and Facebook campaigns.
- Can-do attitude - which means that you must be ready to do and learn anything
