Online Reputation Management Role (3-12 yrs)
- Responsible for all social listening and facilitating all related processes on social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
- Establish policies and procedures, systems and standards that will avoid any negative impact on the organization.

- Provide actionable input to various stakeholders including corporate communication, marketing and executive leadership on regular and periodic basis to the management team in maintaining and improving the company's reputation.
- Responsible for setting up process for making social media management policies
- Responsible for all analytics around social listening and ORM processes
- Managing all agency relationship with respect to social listening and ORM processes.
Skillset needed
- Experience in setting up Social listening process
- Ability to assess social media tools
- Experience in setting up process social media management policies
- Have an understanding of social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
