Bangalore Based Position
Essential Requirements :
- Knowledge of current trends, opportunities, assortment, competition and buyers- vision by category of business and use this knowledge to properly assort merchandise and market product online
- Working closely with other internal teams to create site-wide promotional campaigns
- Analyze performance of banners and report on site metrics, develop strategies for improving site conversion and customer engagement ( Adobe & Google Analytics)
- Managing site merchandising on both mobile app and website form a site wide campaign perspective.
- Managing a creative team and giving directions on content & images to be used.
- Managing the end to end process of assigning banners and uploads accordingly.
- Managing Personalization Journey .
