Online Merchandiser/Web Shop Manager - Omni Channel Marketing Platform - eCommerce (5-9 yrs)
Client is a technology driven platform company that provides direct to consumer web commerce solutions for leading Retail Brands. Client, with its proprietary platform, integrates online and offline retail channels automating and optimizing Omni-Channel fulfilment. The platform provides brands with a single view of inventory. It helps reduce the costs and complexity of Omni-Channel transformation for brands by using their existing framework and systems.
Clients solutions are currently used by brands such as Lee, Wrangler, Ray-Ban, Puma, Max, Lifestyle, Fossil and more. Clients Omni-Channel platform comprising of technology, logistics and customer support enables brands and retailers to improve the post-click commerce experience of their customers
Bangalore Based Position
Essential Requirements :
- Knowledge of current trends, opportunities, assortment, competition and buyers- vision by category of business and use this knowledge to properly assort merchandise and market product online
- Working closely with other internal teams to create site-wide promotional campaigns
- Analyze performance of banners and report on site metrics, develop strategies for improving site conversion and customer engagement ( Adobe & Google Analytics)
- Managing site merchandising on both mobile app and website form a site wide campaign perspective.
- Managing a creative team and giving directions on content & images to be used.
- Managing the end to end process of assigning banners and uploads accordingly.
- Managing Personalization Journey .
