Duties And Responsibilities :
Customer centric development :
- Understand & translate customer needs and experience into product solution strategies to address lecturer, student and faculty pain points
Pre-Sales Support :
- Effectively engage with lecturers and faculties, to promote online learning development capabilities, understand customer requirements for standard and custom online learning development and identify opportunities for new e-learning initiatives for the business
Project Management :
- Effectively manage the implementation of academic e-learning development initiatives and maintain and apply current knowledge of best-practices in online learning
Experience :
- At least 5 years- instructional design experience
- At least 5 years- experience with LMS and LCMS technologies (Moodle )
- E-learning course development for delivery on mobile and tablet devices
- Emerging social networking tools, HTML5, CSS, digital imaging software and web development tools
- Authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Flash, Articulate, Lectora or others
