Online Business Head - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Complete ownership of the online business including the P&L, overall growth and future roadmap.
2. Developing and maintaining key relationships with e-commerce partner category managers and ensuring all operations are running smoothly.
3. Working closely with Lifelong's category managers for the end-to-end business including all product launches, sales, pricing, profitability, ensuring AMS efficiency, stock fulfilment etc.
4. Co-develop and implement the sales and promotion strategy and new product launch plan with the e-commerce partners.
5. Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, customer needs, internal capabilities, etc.
