Role details: Job Definition/Purpose : - The job incumbent shall be responsible for driving and achieving Annual Business Plan of Online Sales by developing effective Marketing and product strategy, leading technology development, analysing marketing trends and bringing competitive insight to the business. - The Head of online Business shall be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, and web analytics. This role will work closely with the senior leadership team on the overall go to market strategy. - The incumbent shall develop and lead the digital business team for acquisition of new accounts, establish marketing metrics, determine product strategy focusing on innovative concepts & solutions. - He/ She will at all times act in alignment with and to uphold Just Watches Vision, Mission & Values. Responsibility /Deliverables Sales & Margin : - Develop and execute launch strategy for the online business and drive Sales and Margin for the business accordingly - Provide inputs on product and service offerings - Manage Market-Place alliances to outsource/ synergize products and services and vendor management - Drive key outbound partner initiatives and develop business cases to shape the future of businesses. - Develop and manage partner engagement strategy. Manage client-facing team and cross-functional resources to structure strategic agreements and proposals (including solution development, pricing, rollout and operational implications). - Manage goals and business processes to grow the partner portfolio, including forecasting, pipeline management, and setting goals and incentives to motivate the team. - Work collaboratively with other functional teams across Just Watches to deliver long-term value. - Build and Manage a team responsible for acquiring new partners. Coach and develop a team actively on effective outreach and guide their immediate and long-term development and results. Digital Marketing and Analytics : - Devising strategies to drive online traffic to various websites where company products exist. - Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website. - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. - Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search and SEO. - Overseeing the social media strategy for the company. - Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. - Control the per customer acquisition costs - Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing - Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
