MIRC Electronics is hiring for the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing with Strong Core Competence is:

- Business Strategy

- Business Planning

- Marketing

- Driving Sales

- Leadership to Massive Sales Team

- Hands on in Consumer Durable Electronic Home Appliance Products

- Exposure to Organization Transformation.

- The Position is offered is Vice President in the bandwidth of Strategic Management Team.

- Compensation is not a constraint for the truly deserving candidates.

- Should be in the age group 38 years to 50 Years.

- Good academic background is Mandatory and will be a distinct advantage.

- Priority will be given to candidates from IIM's, Premier B School.

- Those with Engineering background can also apply.

- Leading Business, Leading Sales, Business presentation and Advance Excel is mandatory.

- Core competence which is essential is driving a massive sales force.

End date for closure of the position is 18th January 2016.

Preference would be given to Candidates who are hands on with Consumer Durables, Home Appliances and FMCG Industry.
