Designation: Manager -AC
Reports to: Business Head
Location: Mumbai
Primary Duties and Responsibility :
- Overall responsible for turnover & Profit & Loss accountability of AC Product
- Actively participate in Product development
- Prepare the action plan for the implementation of the annual sales plan
- Coordinate with the Operations team and ensure the availability of the product as per the annual plan
- Coordinate with the MIS and Budgeting for the pricing and communicate the same to the Branches
- Coordinate with R&D and Engineering for new product introduction and commercial launching
- Driving sales through the sales structure and independently coordinating with the Branch/Business Managers for the OF and OM targets
- Formulating the annual marketing plan, schemes and ensuring their implementation
- Coordinating for Inventory management.
- Supervising & Coordinating with Branches
- Tracking of Secondary Sales
- Spare part forecasting & management
- Strategic Dealer management
- Pricing and scheming
- Responsible for increasing the market share of ONIDA AC
- Sales Forecasting
- Advertising - Media Co-ordination
- Launching of new models as per the schedule
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with internal stakeholders, sales, customers and the operations team
- Extensive experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Office
