Job Description :
- To work as Chief Operating Officer ( COO ) at this Consumer Durable Company in the business of consumer durable products. This company is promoted by one of India's best known business houses and the position reports directly to the CEO and administratively to the Chairman of the Group.
- In this role as COO, you would be expected to work with the Team and drive business growth through marketing, brand building, sales, new channel development and enrichment, team and capability building. You would be in charge of the business with P & L responsibilities.
- You should be a two year full time post graduate from IIM - Ahmedabad/IIM - Bangalore. Those with IIT would have an added advantage.
- You have worked for at least 8 to 10 years in the capacity of COO. Above all else, the role of a COO attracts you to lead a brand of repute with an existing turnover of Rs. 1300 crores. Although age is not strictly a barrier, this position would be perfect for somebody between 30 and 45 years of age.
