Role: Senior Category Manager Location: Bangalore, India Description: At OnePlus, we are looking to hire a Senior Category Manager to help achieve ambitious sales targets and build Oneplus.in the best platform to shop OnePlus products. The Senior Category Manager will be primarily responsible for building new product launch strategy, coordinating across teams to ensure execution, improving customer experience, and ensuring efficient and smooth operation of the platform. Reporting Structure: This role will report to the Head of e-commerce India. Role & Responsibilities: - Building new product launch strategy and working with stakeholders across teams to ensure execution. - Tracking business metrics to monitor achievements and diving deeply where needed to be improved. - Hosting internal meetings, defining metrics that should be scrutinized, and guiding the team towards targets. - Building customer insights for the platform that would feed into the roadmap to improve customer experience. - Having a thorough understanding of e-commerce operation, including logistics, payment, and customer service. Scrutinizing operation of the platform, identifying risks, and improving efficiency and smoothness. - Conducting monthly sales/marketing expense analysis and ensuring ROI and efficiency.
