You just a few steps away, read more on the role and apply Key job responsibilities include: - Develop, evaluate, and manage concepts, strategies, visions and missions of online sales. - Learn and Apply new updates on Online Sales activities. - Perform necessary actions to develop and handle both home website and E-commerce. - Define and implement strategies to improve forecast accuracy and ensure the monthly processes are in place. - Design and implement strategies to drive traffic to both Home website and E-commerce platform. - Achieve national sales target for the online channel - The lead sales team made of account managers. - Review each online account and design the right response for it. - Make sure customer service is of high quality. - Make sure promotional activities are aligned with marketing. - Responsible for a sell-out, payment, stock, service score, and budget sales. Job Qualification: - Bachelor's degree/PG from a reputable university - Having experience in consumer goods/retail/Ecommerce - Experience in handling Online sales such as E-commerce and Marketplace - Able to drive traffic to both Home website and E-Commerce - Updated about Online sales techniques and activities. - Strong commercial mindset - Strong marketing and online sales skills - Self-driven and data-centric - Preferably having some team leadership experience
