Job description : Responsibilities : - Reconciliation and data check for experience stores and ESC stores - Review and collect all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to accounting and payment - Day to day payment and accounting of Vendor invoices, Travel & Employee's Reimbursement Claims, Payroll, Administration Expense, Petty Cash etc. - Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement on daily basis. - Be responsible for Statutory Compliances, including preparing TDS, PF, GST, income tax and all other tax return and making payment to the Government - Raise invoices - Any other Finance work as the case may be Requirements : - Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist or relevant role - Familiarity with finance software. - Familiar with ORACLE is a plus. - Good knowledge on both accounting and taxation - Good communication skills with an attention to detail - Fluent English - Smart with high work efficiency and integrity - Bachelor degree or above in Finance or related field
