Responsibilities: - Organize and implement Ecommerce events and promotion activities; participate in Ecom webpage design - Track and analyze traffic coming from all channels; achieve DAU target and assess traffic quality - Develop deep insights of Ecom user behaviors; steadily improve Ecom conversion rate - Set and achieve sales target; identify and manage key factors - Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve Ecom customer shopping experiences - Construct systematic user management approaches to activate users and enhance user loyalty - Conduct market research about customer needs and industry benchmarks Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or sales, MBA is a plus - Solid experience in Ecommerce (must); experience with mobile brands is a plus - Understand marketing and sales mechanism of major e-commerce companies - Understand operations and channels of digital marketing - Ability to identify improvement opportunities and follow up with substantial actions - Good communication skills, able to lead and conclude cross function discussions - Mature, able to work under pressure - Highly efficient; Keep commitment - Skill set: English proficiency; PPT proficiency; knowledgeable in Google Analytics (must)
