OnePlus is seeking a young, enthusiastic and result-oriented Amazon Operational Senior Manager to join our India team to drive and support local campaigns and activities. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES -&nbsp; 1) Sales : - Make Amazon Channels Annual/Quarterly/Monthly sales planning and Execution responsible for results. 2) Marketing : - Coordinating with Internal Marketing team, align and maximize internal resources to achieve sales target. - Work with Amazon and other external BD to make long-term joint-marketing plans, to meet company strategy requirement. 3) PMO : - Prepare Marketing &amp; promotion plans together with Amazon to make sure sales targets are achieved. 4) Team Management - Have regular meetings with Amazon team and the internal team. - To utilize subordinate's strengths and provide necessary support. - Manage Third-party client's relationship to make sure full support comes from their end. REQUIRED BACKGROUND -&nbsp; - Any bachelors/masters degree. - 3-8 years of experience. - 3 years in Online or E-commerce industry. - A mobile segment background preferred or worked with E-Commerce brands like Flipkart/Amazon/PayTM,etc. - Preferably someone responsible for new product launches. - Good business communication skills.
