Designation : Manager, Customer Success Key Responsibilities&nbsp;: - Managing the client relationship by championing the client's needs at OneDirect - Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client's organization to set proper expectations. - Drive new product launches and relationship extensions - Publish recommendations and action plans based on data - Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution - Drive timely renewals. - Drive NPS and referral for our product Required Experience/Skill&nbsp;: -1-3 years experience in customer-facing organizations, preferably handling enterprise accounts Demonstrated intense customer focus&nbsp;: - Analytical and process-oriented mindset What do we look for&nbsp;: - Demonstrated intense customer focus. - Analytical mindset - Go-getter attitude - Excellent communication, written and presentation skills. - Focused on delivering results with high standards and attention to detail - Innovative and thinks out-of-the-box - Ability to work in a challenging and changing market condition.
