OneDirect - Manager - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)
OneDirect is a Sequoia Capital funded 200+ people enterprise software company headquartered in Bangalore and has offices in Mumbai and Delhi. We build products to improve customer experience across touchpoints. Our solutions are used by some of the biggest enterprises in India like the Indian railways, Kotak, KFC, Indigo, Daikin, DishTV, Tatasky, Hitachi, Starbucks and many more.
Designation : Manager, Customer Success
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing the client relationship by championing the client's needs at OneDirect
- Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client's organization to set proper expectations.
- Drive new product launches and relationship extensions
- Publish recommendations and action plans based on data
- Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution
- Drive timely renewals.
- Drive NPS and referral for our product
Required Experience/Skill :
-1-3 years experience in customer-facing organizations, preferably handling enterprise accounts
Demonstrated intense customer focus :
